Electrolytic Grade Copper that is 99.5% pure is molecularly bonded to a
low carbon steel core with a high tensile strength. Copper Coating is
sealed with nickel to prevent cracking when bent or pushed. Since
copper coating is completed after all fabrication, no steel is exposed.
The standard copper coating is 250/100 microns thick.
